Talking Menopause was set up in 2017 by Sarah Davies, then Business Manager at Menopause Doctor and Lynda Bailey, a former West Midlands Police inspector and leader of an award-winning menopause programme within the police force.
After being introduced by Dr Louise Newson, a GP who specialises in perimenopause and menopause, Talking Menopause was created.
Our team of experienced consultants, including business coaches and menopause experts, are all committed to raising awareness of menopause in the workplace.
With clients including Devon & Cornwall Police, HMRC, Irwin Mitchell, 3M, Paragon Bank, BT and many more, we pride ourselves on individually tailoring our programmes to each organisation’s culture.
Our data is shared with researchers at the University of Leicester, the first university to introduce a menopause policy. By working together in this way, we can achieve a greater understanding of attitudes to the menopause. And this brings us closer to our goal of menopause being accepted at work by everyone.
We know there is a much bigger issue around menopause awareness. We are committed to being part of the solution to positively impact a culture change in organisations around menopause.
